Appointment Information
Making an appointment is as simple as picking up the phone and calling our office. You can make the appointment yourself or through a physician referral. We also welcome the opportunity to provide second opinions.
We know how stressful diagnosis of cancer can be, and we strive to keep the waiting time for an appointment to a minimum. Be assured that our exceptional staff will do our very best to help you.
We accept most insurance carriers, and we can verify your current insurance coverage prior to your appointment.
We strive to keep waiting times to a minimum, but please realize that delays can occur due to emergencies and unforeseen patient needs. Our goal is to decrease the waiting time as you wait for your appointment. As we try our best to serve you in a fast and efficient manner, we would like your help in making this a successful doctor visit.
New patients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. If you would like to speed up the process, please click individually on each form and download, print, fill out and bring with you to your scheduled visit. Patients with follow-up appointments, please arrive on time for your appointment and if you are going to be delayed for any reason, please notify the office.
Cancellations
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. After your cancellation, we will attempt to re-schedule you at the earliest mutually convenient time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to accommodate you and all of our patients.
